Production Optimization

Natural gas production optimization is the core of Clover’s business. Before drilling new wells or otherwise committing large-scale capital, Clover believes in understanding and maximizing production with existing assets. In this way, the most knowledge is gained up front and then informed decisions regarding further development can be made.

Optimization of existing wells is often data intensive and can require a well-by-well approach. Clover provides several cost- and time-effective solutions.

Typical production optimization assignments might include:

• Identify methods for improving production on under-performing wells

• Perform an infill drilling study to determine the optimal well density
  and best drilling locations for a field

• Provide a fresh set of eyes to review an existing property

• Quickly get up-to-speed on a recent acquisition

• Perform a system-wide review of flowing pressures and bottlenecks
  upstream of the gas sales meter including flow in the reservoir, wellbore,
  surface facilities, gathering system, and system compressors

• Review drilling and completion designs for possible further development
  after production optimization is complete
